Dear court, the state prosecution is aware that in Litvinov’s apartment, where he allegedly, according to him, repeatedly transferred large sums of money to me, video surveillance was carried out by the FSB of the Russian Federation as part of the operational surveillance and did not record a single case of transfer of money, with the exception of money received through deal.
