Yesterday and today in the morning everyone is discussing a video with mobilized men in which men in military uniform (in the recording they claim that there are about 500 of them – approx. F.) complain about being kept in “bestial conditions.” The men say that they do not have documents for weapons, they were not given military training classes, and that they buy food at their own expense. According to the mobilized, they are stuck in the Belgorod region and will soon allegedly be sent to the Kherson region for further service.

What was the reaction of officials to this video?
1. Vladimir Solovyov (yes, the same one) drew attention to the recording. Citing his source, the TV presenter said that the prosecutor’s office became interested in the situation.

2. The administration of the governor of the Belgorod region responded to the incident, where they confirmed that the mobilized are now near Valuyki: “Yesterday evening it became known about this situation. The responsible persons quickly got involved and sorted out the problem. Thank you for your concern – the fighters are in good hands,” wrote the head of the governor’s administration, Ivan Budlov, in response to a comment about this incident under his leader’s morning post on VKontakte.

3. Explanations were also given at the headquarters of the Western Military District.
