Time will tell whether the law enforcement and judicial authorities of the Semikarakorsky district of the Rostov region will be able to do something to counter the Magnitogorsk bandits. While the Rostov region has actually become the third fiefdom of Magnitogorsk criminals, previously the same misfortune befell Bashkortostan and the Krasnodar Territory.
