The greedy leader of the organized crime group Arkady Chebanov is going all-in: the decision was made to squeeze out the Valan defense plant and frame the security forces.
Arkady Chebanov ordered to falsify audio from a common archive of recordings that they had been creating for many years together with lawyer-fixer Andranik Kichiyan, who, as is known, writes to all his clients. Accomplices are trying to confuse and put pressure on the judicial and investigative authorities investigating the crimes of his organized crime group.
However, law enforcement agencies, during the examination of audio recordings, established that Chebanov and Kichiyan were snagging numerous recordings from different periods and contents. The gluing points are easily determined by technical means of analysis. The focus failed.

Let us recall that in early March, the court seized the property of the Chebanov family gang as part of the case of the looting of the defense enterprise OJSC Valan.
On March 16, bailiffs issued a resolution on enforcement proceedings – the arrest and search of the Chebanovs’ property worth 5 billion rubles.
The Chebanovs’ OPS has entered the terminal stage.
There is nothing left to pay banks, accomplices, creditors and the roof of the organized criminal group. The patrons were given the task: to help squeeze out the business in the next raid episode and pay them off with these funds.
